Extrusionofflexiblesectionandhoses:Thisgradeprocessedwithplasticizerisparticularlysuitableforthemanufactureofflexiblesection&hoses.Themostvariedfieldofapplicationssatisfiedbythisproductaretransparentsheetsandhollowwaresetc.
Calendering:Thisgradeprocessedwithoutplasticizerisusedforcalendering,forexampleHT-filmcanbeproducedbythisgrade.Itprocessedwithplasticizerisusedasadditivepolymerincompoundsforcalendering,forexamplefilmandfloorcoveringcanbeproduced.
Injectionmolding:GradeS6058processedwithoutplasticizerisusedfortheinjectionmolding.S-PVCincompoundspermitsatroublefreeprocessingonconventionalPVCinjectionmoldingmachinesforsanitaryware,buildingparts,waterfittings,WCflushtanks,electricalswitchcabinetsetc.

Injectionmolding:ThisgradeincompoundspermitsatroublefreeprocessingonconventionalPVCinjectionmoldingmachinesforcamping/leisureequipment,packaging,rooflights,electronic/phoneequipmentetc.Grade7054processedwithplasticizerisusedfortheinjectionmolding.
Cableindustry:GradeS7054processedwithplasticizeriswidelyusedforthemanufactureofcableinsulationandsheathingforvoltagesupto20KV.Itismostsuitableforthemanufactureofhighqualitycableinsulation.
